Does TOS update links when the market is closed?

Does TOS update links when the markets are closed? Haven't been able to prove it one way or the other and the market is closed right now.

I don't see updates when the market is closed. I never bothered to look for any type of TOS data settings because it didn't matter to me. The DDE links from TOS work flawlessly when the market is open.
