Take a step back and look at SNAP. Here you have a business based solely on a phone app that specifically targets kids, tweens and teens. They generate their revenue selling advertising to the portion of the population who literally has no credit cards, no cash, and no ability to buy anything for years to come.

SNAP revenue is based on hype and hope and pumped up bar graphs that they market to potential advertisers. When earnings and revenue fall short it's just reality setting in and nothing more. If you want to invest in SNAP stock you have to look at technicals and valuation only as a guide to entering a position here.

You shouldn't need good luck....

SNAP will be a penny stock if it doesn't get bought out. Business model is purely speculative, advertisers will run away all together eventually. Short SNAP stock, that would be the only play here.

SNAP needs new management across the board.

It is important to note that the performance of a company is influenced by a wide range of factors, including its management, competitive landscape, industry trends, and broader economic conditions. Investors and stakeholders in a company typically evaluate its management based on a variety of factors, such as its track record, decision-making processes, communication with shareholders, and ability to execute on its strategy.

If you have concerns about the management of a particular company, it may be helpful to consult with financial advisors or other experts who can provide more information and perspective on the company's performance and prospects.

I see a need for total change before SNAP can recover.

Management changes in a company can be driven by a variety of factors, such as poor performance, succession planning, or strategic shifts. For example, if a company is not meeting its targets or experiencing significant operational or financial challenges, a management change may be made to bring in new leadership with a different skill set or perspective.

Succession planning is another common reason for management changes. As CEOs and other executives retire or move on to other opportunities, companies may need to identify and groom new leaders to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity in their operations.

Finally, management changes can also be driven by strategic shifts or changes in the business environment. For example, if a company decides to focus on a new product line or enter a new market, it may need to bring in new executives with the necessary expertise and experience to lead the effort.

Overall, management changes in a company can be complex and may have significant implications for the company's performance and direction. It is important for investors and stakeholders to closely monitor any management changes and understand the underlying reasons for the change.

Once we see total management overhaul at SNAP, we will see some excitement in the stock price.

The headquarters of Snap Inc. is located in Santa Monica, California. This is their first problem.

Santa Monica is known for its thriving tech industry and has become a hub for many major tech companies. Snap's decision to locate its headquarters in Santa Monica was likely influenced by the city's vibrant tech community and its proximity to other tech companies and resources in the greater Los Angeles area.

Additionally, the city's coastal location and pleasant weather may have also played a role in the company's decision to locate its headquarters there. hey used superficial details like this to locate themselves here. I think they should actually move their headquarters out of there and move inland where business can be taken more seriously. This isn't Google and never will be.

One of the worst parts about using Snapchat is that the platform can be addictive and can lead to a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out). Users can easily get caught up in constantly checking their friends' stories and snaps, which can be a distraction from other important tasks or activities.

Additionally, the platform's focus on sharing ephemeral content can create pressure to constantly create and share new content, which can be stressful for some users. There have also been concerns about privacy and security on the platform, as well as the potential for cyberbullying and other negative interactions. Finally, the app can be data-intensive and can quickly use up a significant amount of data on a user's mobile plan, especially if they use features like Snap Map or video calling.

This company plays on people's insecurity and they will lose in the end. SNAP stock will ultimately fail

SNAP is trading at 11.21 as of yesterday. Not seeing any  reason to get in here. The question is: are people using it more? or less? Answer that and you will see where this is going for the longer term
