What is Nadaraya Watson Envelope

Another indicator question I have is what is the Nadaraya Watson Envelope and how is it different than other envelope style indicators?

It looks like a Bollinger band envelope but I'm guessing it's calculated differently.

Envelope indicators are "always" great in hindsight. I don't know much about Nadaraya Watson specifically, but I bet it always looks good in hindsight.

This is another lagging envelope indicator. Leading indicators are non-existent. you might be able to combine this with other signals but you can do that with a wide variety of other indicators

I like lagging indicators. They work. The only problem is they usually show you all the pertinent information in the past. They are more effective when they are used to analyze the entire market, or an index. Trying to time individual stocks with these envelopes is too much like gambling
